Resilience Retreat at MLUC

Saturday,October 19, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm | Feeling overwhelmed by the many struggles of life? Confused about how to "bounce back" while still handling the stressors that pile up day-to-day? Join us for a day-long retreat to foster connection and build skills to nurture our resilience. Together we will gain a greater understanding of what "resilience" means in these tumultuous times, as well as methods we can use to cultivate more resilience within ourselves, our families, and our communities.

Our keynote speaker Meg Rogers, LMFT, will guide us through engaging with these concepts through her discussion, "Building Resilience through Connection, Communication, and Community." There will also be opportunities for hands-on sessions including art, mindfulness, and movement.

All adults are welcome. Lunch and childcare will be provided.
